Shipping & Returns
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed unless otherwise noted at time of purchase. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Any order placed over the weekend, or when our offices are closed for holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
For your protection, all orders over $100 will be shipped with signature required for delivery.
We may, at our discretion, ship orders through a carrier other than the one selected at checkout. Estimated delivery time will not be affected.
Shipping charges do not include duty and custom taxes which may be applied to this type of purchase in certain countries.Customers outside of the United States are responsible for any custom fees or taxes that may be associated with the order once it arrives at the border.
Eligible items purchased direct from The Whistler Group may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise noted. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please include a note with the product stating the reason for your return and whether you are requesting an exchange or refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, if your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items, overstock items, or refurbished items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
