Whistler collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

Warranty Registration
Whistler will collect and use your personal information to register your Whistler product warranty. When you enter this information on the warranty registration form, Whistler will collect your name, address, telephone number, email address, product purchased, serial number of product purchased, and date of purchase. This information will be stored for verification purposes if you subsequently need product support or to make a warranty claim.

Product Purchase

Sharing Information with Third Parties
All personally identifiable information provided by our users is used only as the user directs. Unless you give us permission to do so or unless required by law, we do not use or disclose personally identifiable information to any third party unless we notify you in advance of your providing us that information. We use the services of Omniture, Inc. to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and how visitors use our site.
